Guided tour between Maschio Angioino and Piazza Plebiscito

No one knows!

An ancient legend tells of the existence of a hungry crocodile that lurked in the large and deep moat of one of the most beautiful and ancient castles in Naples: the Mastio Angioino, more commonly known as the Maschio Angioino.

The tour will continue with an external visit to the oldest functioning lyric theater in the world; the Royal Theater of San Carlo, the fascinating and imposing eighteenth-century Galleria Umberto, and finally, the majestic Piazza del Plebiscito, with the grand embrace of the colonnade of the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the beautiful Royal Palace, keeper of an amusing legend. Did you know that if you manage to cross the square blindfolded, more precisely between the two equestrian statues, it will bring you luck? Try to believe!
